All Amarcharkha products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, weave, embroidery, print placement, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are a hallmark of handcrafted craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.

While we make every effort to display our products accurately, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. In the event of an error in pricing or product information, Amarcharkha reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateway providers. Amarcharkha does not collect or store your debit card, credit card, or banking information.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly after they are placed.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at amarcharkhasupport@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or any other legitimate business reason. In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, email, and contact information at the time of placing an order.

Amarcharkha shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our Return & Exchange Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order with Amarcharkha, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Return & Exchange Policy.

8. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Amarcharkha may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, or special offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Only one promotional offer may be applied per order.
Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Offers may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
