Return & Replacement Policy – Amarcharkha

Domestic Orders (India)

At Amarcharkha, we pour our heart into every piece we send your way. We want you to absolutely love what you receive, and your happiness is our top priority.

Please note that all our products are handcrafted with love, and as a result, each piece may have slight variations in colour, weave, embroidery, or finish. These are not defects but rather a beautiful reflection of the handmade nature of our products. Such natural variations are not eligible for replacement.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We would be more than happy to arrange a replacement for you.

We kindly request you to get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you at the earliest. To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item must be shared
  • The product must be unused and unworn
  • The product must be unwashed
  • All original tags must be intact

Please note that replacements will be processed for a product of equal value only. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for items of a higher or lower price.

International Orders

We regret that we are currently unable to offer returns, refunds, or replacements on international orders due to shipping limitations.
